Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective.

All custom-made product orders are final and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a production defect.

If you receive a defective product, please email us at info@galuxuryjudaica.com with a description and photo of the issue. If approved, you may send the item to:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you by email within a reasonable time if a replacement is approved. If so, we'll ship it out as soon as possible.
